– Handled multi-vendor / platform technologies and supporting vast network devices in a distributed environment
– Experience in Pre-sales of Traded Products, Service offerings etc.,
– Must have implemented medium to large scale projects like SD WAN or SDN, LAN / WAN multi branch / locations etc.,
– Someone who follows up and brings things to order with constructing process flow. Also, building a 30/60/90 days plans in beginning and executes it
– Strong communication skills and documentation proficiency
– In-depth hands-on experience in handling 24- 7 operations in MSP/ ISP/ IDC/ NOC/ outsourcing and shared services environment
– Handled all areas of operations/ delivery including incident, problem and change management as per ITIL framework
– Good exposure in the ticketing system, triage and escalation of items according to the severity
– Liaise with the technical teams to ensure all procedures, training, checklists, workarounds, etc. remain complete and relevant
– Document and maintain a lesson-learned database and ensure a constant culture of improvement
– Tuning automated systems to have useful alerts, to include writing new checks and adjusting thresholds
– Working with the team members to accomplish all the work duties including training procedures and fundamentals
– Review the need for resources and skills within the team and plan for skill development programs
– Plan and manage the monthly/quarterly MIS Reports to customers.
– Capacity planning, proactive cost optimization / resource optimization experience.
– Maintain, develop and follow a process, policies and procedures as per the guidelines
– Efficient in Reporting on several work aspects including client calls, Emails, Ticketing, and Smart sheets
– Transition support including Knowledge transfer, provisioning, and implementation of new accounts into the shared environment
– Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Requirements
– Minimum 12-15 years of experience in operations management
– Strong troubleshooting skills in network-related issues (Node/Link Down, Latency, Packet Drops, and Bandwidth)
– Profound knowledge of WAF, Firewalls, SDN / LAN/WAN Switching & Routing protocols & commands
– Good knowledge of Wireless Controllers, Access points, Nano Stations
