About this role:
The Corporate Sustainability Sr. Specialist will manage data collection and quality processes to support the company’s sustainability goals. Based in India, this role will also support Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives that support community development.
What you’ll do:

  • Partner across multiple teams to collect and organize reliable data to enable qualitative and quantitative analysis, goal setting and reporting on various sustainability targets, such as climate, emissions scopes, water consumption and other focus areas.
  • Communicate business cases for sustainability initiatives to key internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to public reporting and create communication materials that showcase Corporate Sustainability efforts with data driven insights for internal and external audiences
  • Support India CSR Committee to ensure an impactful, effective, consistent and compliant execution of the CSR program that aims to benefit the communities in India.

**What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Studies or related field required Master’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years in sustainability related role, ideally at a global company

Who you are:

  • Strong proficiency in gathering, managing, and presenting data and analytics with prior sustainability experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of internationally recognized sustainability reporting standards and frameworks such as GRI (Global Reporting Initiative), Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), Taskforce on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD), GHG Protocol, disclosure to CDP
  • Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Passion for sustainability and community impact
