Role : Helpdesk coordinator.
CTC : 18K – 22K
Location : Mumbai(Vakola)
Education : Any Graduate / 3 yrs diploma.
Experience : 1 yr – 4Yrs.
Candidates should have good Communication Skills, Prior experience should be in call coordination / Helpdesk Coordinator.
Good knowledge of Vendor coordinator, coordinate with engineer, Backend team, basic knowledge of ticketing tools, raise a tickets relate to any complaints, Outlook configuration,windows, basic technical troubleshooting related to desktop,printer,laptop.
