Job Responsibilities
- Configure antivirus software to fully protect IT environment.
- Installed both computer hardware and software.
- Provide technical support for software reconfiguration to aid in function customization.
- Test software performance throughout the desktop network to ensure peak performance.
- Install computer hardware and software on desktops to keep versions current.
- Initiate and complete Microsoft Windows server operating system updates.
- Desktop and laptop machine hardware and network issue troubleshooting
- Linux os software installation and network trobleshooting
- Ms office 2007, Libere office and office 365 troubleshooting
- mozilla thunderbird mails configure and mails troubleshooting and backup .
- Printer and scan troubleshooting window and mac os.
