The Role Responsibilities

  • Impact Analysis of change
  • Participate in UAT, UVT and regression testing for IRRBB specific projects or Enterprise wide Projects that impact FTP
  • Work with technology teams ‒ Project and PSS, Change CoE teams to understand impact to BAU
  • Manage updates to DOI and TOM
  • Asses Ops risk involved in the changes and highlight to BAU teams for mitigation or plan for additional controls
  • Daily BAU would include reconciliation with ALM/FTP and internally within IRRBB, Support on Biz queries raised by Treasury Risk teams/Policy teams.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • MBA or MA (Economics) from an institute of repute with 5 to 7 years of experience.
  • Preferably from Banking Services companies or consulting companies or in Corporate Treasury preferred
  • Experience in Treasury units of banks or Other Financial Institutes or Corporates in ALM, Funds Transfer Pricing, Liquidity Risk, Treasury Markets team or Treasury Risk teams preferred
  • Good understanding of Interest rate risk concepts, Net Interest Income / Economic Value related metrices under normal and stress scenarios.
  • Good understanding of Basel-2 Governance Framework about IRRBB.
  • Exposure to any Treasury systems like CRM, People Soft FTP, OFSA, SAP-Treasury related modules would be added advantage
  • Proficiency in Excel is must have and possessing Excel VBA skills or exposure to tools like SAS or R would be good to have skills
  • A team player or People manager leading a team of 3 people minimum
  • Exposure to people management process like Appraisal, Attrition management, Shift management, team building skills etc.
  • Excellent written/oral communication skills.
