Your key responsibilities
- Assisting the Managing Director – Head of Compliance India, with administrative tasks including active calendar management, arranging detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas
- Providing secretarial and administrative support to the entire Compliance Team & AFC Team
- Managing dissemination of Regulatory correspondence (RBI / SEBI /FEDAI) and respective filing of confidential documents
- Providing support to Sr. Executives to claim expense in Expense Management Portal- Concur
- Managing Senior Onshore Visitor’s arrangements like planning and preparing meeting agenda, meeting room booking, access activation, transport arrangement and other logistics
- Effectively managing, coordinating and arranging Sr. Executives travel (domestic and international) and travel- related activities, including hotel booking, flight booking, visas, transportation and all other required logistics.
- Performing office duties that includes raising purchase orders, ordering of stationery and office supplies.
- Handling confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
- Organizing team communications and plan events both internally and offsite.
Your skills and experience

- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role with a Graduate or Post graduate degree. EA diploma or certification is a plus
- Proficiency in MS office and other office productivity tools, with the aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Excellent administration and secretarial skills with Strong organizational and time management skills
- Superb verbal and written communication skills
