The Role Responsibilities

  • Managing the end-to-end of various Project financials processes done by our finance teams, ensure that the quality is not compromised and be on top of all financial activities – Budgeting, Planning & Forecasting, Management reporting, Financial Analysis, Variance Analysis, Monthly accruals ,Efficiency tracking and other Project related activities.
  • Work closely with Accounting, Standard Reporting, and Planning & Control Teams
  • Understanding the financial processes end to end and quick in understanding the ad hoc requirements with ensuring quality and TAT of the output.
  • Continuously reviewing all processes in order to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Working with the other team leaders and across the Services functions to ensure cooperation and smooth operations.
  • Continuous improvement in Productivity to drive the efficiencies in the team.
  • Upholding the Values of the Group and Company at all times.
  • Compliance with all applicable Rules/ Regulations and Company and Group Policies.
  • Implement new audit techniques and procedures to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the finance function
  • Automation solution owner for certain aspects of the financial process

Our Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years of relevant finance experience in Project Financials / Accounting (mandatory) / P2P is a plus
  • Chartered Accountant or MBA is a plus
  • Effective communication skills, including presenting in senior management forums
  • Excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Solid project management skills.
  • Relationship and stakeholder management skills is important.
  • Initiative and proactive thinking
