Key responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle Finance / Procurement applications enhancement and upgrade projects.
  • Manage projects for technologies like SUN, ADACO (procurement), Oracle Hyperion Financial Management and Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Systems.
  • Use Agile/SCRUM Methodology.
  • Work closely with an on-site team of technology vendor consultants for ERP implementation and enhancements.
  • Ensure internal stakeholders involvement in projects and get signoffs from the relevant stakeholder on each stage of the project.
  • Manage and maintain relevant project documentation, reports and plans.
  • Ensure project governance and seek continuous improvement and project optimization.

Key skills & experience:

  • Graduate degree in Finance Management, Accounting, Commerce or Information Technology/Computer Science.
  • At least 7 – 10 years of experience in managing complex IT projects Finance applications.
  • Strong IT Project Management Experience Enterprise-level finance systems project management is essential.
  • Experience with various Finance ERP implementations/enhancement or upgrade.
  • Experience with systems like SUN, ADACO, Oracle EPM – Hyperion Finance Management, Oracle Enterprise Planning, Oracle Budgeting.
  • Experienced Agile methodology practitioner (Preferably Agile certified or SCRUM Master)
  • Strong vendors and stakeholders management experience.
  • Very good communication skills.
  • A hard-working individual with the ability to work on multiple assignments with minimum supervision
