Accountabilities, Responsibilities And Main Duties
- The primary responsibility is to maintain data integrity in Employee Central and provide support to line managers and HR in updating organisation and position data in accordance with SLAs for SSC service delivery.
- Process Employee Personal Data changes (e.g., date of birth, marital status change, etc.)
- Process new hires, promotions, separations, employee status changes, and other employee lifecycle events
- Process pay changes and paperwork including promotions/demotions/transfers, ad hoc wage/salary changes
- Create/update process related documentation
- Ensure that all necessary documents and approvals have been received and information is entered accurately
- Resolve errors related to job or employee information
- Conduct data quality reviews, monitor and correct processing errors
- Perform mass uploads
- Coordinate data entry into third party systems where not automated
- Assist in testing HRIS upgrades and new system functionality
- May cross train in other employee service center areas and ‘fill in’ for administrative responsibilities during temporary absences or during periods of heavy workload
- Perform other related duties, as assigned
- Assist team members with problems, concerns, or questions relating to employee data, jobs and positions, and compensation and pay administration
- Assist team members when unique or complex HR situations arise requiring deeper expertise
- Suggest methods to update, simplify, and enhance processes, procedures, and technologies
- Communicate questions, concerns or issues, and suggests resolutions to team leader
- Perform data quality reviews, review HR error reports and recommend change
Skills and Knowledge
- HR System Data Maintenance: Sound knowledge of managing master data and operational data integrity in SuccessFactors
- Business Awareness: Demonstrates ability to understand business structures and impact of data on operational processes with significant reputational and operational impact.
- Service Delivery: Able to understand and prioritise competing demands based on business impact and data integrity requirements. Focused on meeting SLAs and enabling colleagues to meet SLAs.
- Analyses data and problems: Able to identify root cause of issues and consequences of data maintenance actions, escalating resolution correctly.
- Communication: Excellent written English, able to write succinctly to monitor and update help text, notifications and system content.
Experience - Overall Experience of 2-5 years in HR Ops
- Min 1 year of HR Operations experience in SAP HCM or Success Factors (ideally Success Factors).
- Knowledge of HR Org Management, ‘Recruit to Retire processes.
- HR Data Management experience in a global organisation environment.
- High impact service delivery working with all levels of management and senior HR colleagues.
Qualifications
Minimum: Graduate in any discipline
Preferred: Certifications in SuccessFactors
Key relationships: (include internal and external)
- Connect with HRBPs across all business areas of OLA to support Data Management
- Support the HR Systems Lead HR Operations and SSC Management on EC master data and process management and improvement.
- Support HRBPs globally implementing structure changes in SuccessFactors
