Job Description :
The process advisory group (PAG) supports the client business at client location (onsite) by identifying key opportunity areas and driving improvement initiatives (Process Improvement/ Transformation/Automation projects) to attain process excellence. The incumbent is expected to work closely with Business Groups within the client organization in identifying improvement opportunities, leading improvement projects (Six Sigma/Lean/Continuous Improvement etc.), providing support with Process documentation (Process Maps, SOPs, Value Stream Mapping), Metrics identification, Supporting implementation and delivering significant business value. He / She is also expected to liaison with client senior management in the Business & Quality function as well as with relevant business stakeholders.
