The Enterprise Information and Platforms organization (EI&P) delivers technology foundations, standards, processes and governance required to support an enterprise approach to information management spanning multiple business entities, disciplines and platforms.This position will serve as the Analytics capability lead by providing strategic technical direction and project consultation for the Enterprise Data Program.The resource will be responsible for the design, development, enhancement, debugging and implementation of analytic workbench and reporting solutions (Internal and 3rd Party Tools) utilizing Agile methodology (i.e., Marketplace Delivery Capabilities).
Platform Lead
This position is responsible for providing platform and development support for data visualization and Business Intelligence tools. The key responsibilities will be to prepare modern data transformation platforms to get insights from key business data. The employee will also be responsible for designing, implementation and management of data preparation and advanced analytics tools in addition to demonstrating business users on getting insights from the data from different sources. Responsibilities also include to develop platform roadmap, life cycle and license management by working with the product vendors and other responsible parties

Objectvies of the role:
- Work in tandem with our engineering partners to identify and implement the most optimal cloud-based solutions for the company
- Define and document best practices and strategies regarding application deployment and infrastructure maintenance
- Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, maintaining high standards of code quality and thoughtful design
- Managing BI Platforms in accordance with company security guidelines
Required Experience:
Proven experience with the following:
- Understanding Natural Language Processing and Search techniques
- Experienced in supporting, managing and setting technical direction for globally offered services/technologies.
- Strong knowledge in Data Prep technologies like Tamr
- Strong knowledge in Data Prep technologies like TRIFACTA
- Demonstrated versatility in technical leadership, project management, and systems/software development and implementation.
- Knowledge of systems and the integrations between infrastructure technologies (i.e., operating systems, networks, firewalls, security.) and applications.
- Develop and implement technical efforts to design, build, and deploy AWS applications at the direction of lead architects, including large-scale data processing, computationally intensive statistical modeling, and advanced analytics
- Participate in all aspects of the software development life cycle for AWS solutions, including planning, requirements, development, testing, and quality assurance
- Troubleshoot incidents, identify root cause, fix and document problems, and implement preventive measures
- Educate teams on the implementation of new cloud-based initiatives, providing associated training as required
- Employ exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to see and solve issues before they affect business productivity
- Experience with Agile Development.
- Should have experience in AWS services such as SageMaker, Elasticsearch, and general knowledge of AWS architecture & other services
Desirable Skills:
- 5+ years experience working in regulated environments and with internal systems quality policies and procedures
- Strong Administration and Security experience
- Solid understanding of security in platform operations
- Experience in leading a team and/or service provider
Strong understanding of Pharma Quality Standards and Practice
