1. Vendor WHT remittances on monthly basis based on the AP transactions and GL analysis.
2. Quarterly filing of WHT returns with the Income Tax authorities with details of the vendors and the category of the transaction and generation of WHT certificates. Clearing of the WHT fallouts in the Income Tax site. Addressing WHT queries of the Vendors.
3. Balance sheet reconciliation review of WHT GL’s every month.
4Take actions to monitor and clear the WHT escalatables if any in ANET escalatables.
5. Tracking the WHT deducted on the basis of accruals in March year end and offsetting the same with the subsequent actual invoices from the Vendors.
6. WHT rationalization for Tax audits and providing detailed working to the Tax auditors to demonstrate that the WHT is done for all the transactions which require tax deductions based upon the reconciliation between returns filed with P&L ledgers.
7. P&L schedule preparation for Statutory audit and helping close the P&L audit by providing details and explanations, transaction supporting, variance analysis and clearing auditor’s queries.
8. Reconciliation of the imports and exports details along with foreign exchange settlements with the government database of IDPMS ( imports) and EDPMS( exports) on monthly basis as part of forex compliance.
9. Support on Stat audit, Internal Audit and IFC testing on various key controls and testing.
10. Any other job given from time to time
In a typical day as an Account Security Officer, you would
• Represent and run a HPE account within the customer security governance forum.
• Maintain an account security plan for the selected account(s), manage and report security incidents
• Work in strong collaboration with the account as member of the Account Sercive Team ‘AST’
• Ensure knowledge and implementation of security fundamentals, policies and standards
• Track, escalate and resolve security issues

• Holding a Bachelor or master degree in Computer Science, Computer Studies, Information Security (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Experienced in working in a risk management, audit, security or technical delivery role
