The Financial and Management Reporting Manager is responsible for compliance of timelines and accuracy of monthly financial transaction processing, take care of addition/deletion/reconciliation with GL to FA register with regards to Fixed Assets. S/he will also be accountable for cash and bank reconciliations, month-end processing (period close), trial balance, PNL and balance sheet review. S/he will also be responsible for managing multiple stakeholders, respective team(s).

- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures
- Highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
- Gain hands-on knowledge on end-to-end accounting and reporting processes, understand data flows from operating platforms and source systems to GL and reporting platforms to enable superior and in â depth business performance monitoring and evaluation
- Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
- Design and implement analytical dashboards on SAP â Business Intelligence platform for monitoring and evaluating business performance
- Building new reports with deep-div+F11e analysis as per business requirements
- Collating industry data (incl. financial and non-financial metrics) provided by the business team and developing analytical dashboards using the same for insightful decision making
- Collaborating with Data Analytics Team and Business Intelligence team for enabling predictive analytics on industry data
- Ensure reporting and analytical processes are well established and documented
- Quality control of every report
- Ad-hoc reporting and analysis
- Conduct monthly governance calls with stakeholders and ensure action points decided are taken to an end
