Evaluate Acquisition Opportunity for Inorganic Growth & addressing Portfolio Gaps- Strategic fit, Valuation, Facilitate Due diligence process, Identify synergy & work on Integration plan.
Drive company initiative from corporate in the areas of costs savings, automation , process improvements etc
Lead Budgeting and Planning process of the company- Framework, guidelines & timelines, review cadence ,consolidation & phasing
Analyse Market feedback of results, 3rd party audits, benchmarking for ST/LT view of the market
Monthly Reporting with Qualitative Analysis on red flags & aid decision making.
