Implementation Knowledge of Change Management using BMC Remedy
Candidate should have strong Development knowledge in BMC Remedy Workflows
Experience in proposing and implementing architecture of Custom integrations
Experience in configuring and working on Remedy Server-group environment
Previous experience of working overlay concept
Configuration and Release Management experience
Should have ITSM integration experience with other remedy & web service integration.
should be fully aware with the ITSM Modules like Incident, Problem, Change, SRM, SLM
Mandatory Experience-
2 + years in BMC Remedy applications.
Experience in proposing and implementing solution architecture for upgrades, custom integrations
Ability to design/architect the solutions by following SDLC project lifecycle
Should have strong client interfacing skills
Good communication skills

Desirable Experience–
BMC Remedy CMDB 8.x,9.x: Out of the Box BMC Atrium CDM model including Class Relationships Discovery integrations with Remedy & Atrium CMDB, Atrium Integrator
Out-of-the box and third-party integration with BMC Remedy tools, web services and APIs
Strong Development Expertise on BMC Remedy ARS 8.x, 9.x, CMDB 8.x,9.x
Good communication skills
