Job Description :
We are in need of an Apple Deskside Technician for an opportunity in Irvine, CA.
Qualifications:
5 Years’ experience with:

  • macOS and iOS and related SW/Applications
  • HW Repair for Mac and Apple mobile devices
    • Macbooks, iMacs, Mac Pro, Mac Mini
    • iPhones and iPads
  • JAMF
  • Extensive knowledge for Mac product installations, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, operating systems, upgrading, and recovery solutions

Desired Certifications:

  • Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP)
  • Mac Integration Basics (MIB)
  • Apple Certified MAC Technician (ACMT)

It will also be helpful for this individual to have some PC/Microsoft/Windows experience as well. SCCM/Active Directory/Office 365 and general Windows 7/10 troubleshooting capabilities. Excellent communication and soft skills are also a must.
