Data Analyst: Adhoc large data analysis with Hive/Spark Background.
• Cleaning and organizing raw data.
• Using descriptive statistics to get a big-picture view of their data.
• Analyzing interesting trends found in the data and Datamodel design (including JSON parsing)
• Creating visualizations and dashboards to help the company interpret and make decisions with the data (like Tableau)
• Presenting the results of a technical analysis to business clients or internal teams.
• Statistical Methods & Packages (SPPS), R and/Or SAS languages
• DW and BI platforms, SQL DB and query language, programming (XML, JS or ETL)
• DB Design, Data mining, Data cleaning, data visualization and reporting, dataModel Designing, Data Quality monitoring
• Working knowledge of Hadoop & MapReduce
• ML techniques
• Bachelor of Engineering (CS/EC preferred). Masters preferred
