Scope:

  • Experience designing, configuring, testing and eventually supporting robust Supply Chain Solutions (Preferred Post Go Live Implementation Support Experience)
  • Track record in implementing and supporting ERP transformation projects and working on cross-functional projects. (With Cross Functional Teams)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage difficult situations involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Good to have CPIM or CSCP Certification from APICS

  • Application Architecture: Scalable, Resilient, event driven, secure multi-tenant Microservices architecture
  • Cloud Architecture: MS Azure (ARM templates, AKS, HD insight, Application gateway, Virtue Networks, Event Hub, Azure AD)
  • Frameworks/Others: Kubernetes, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Spark, NOSQL, RDBMS, Springboot, Gradle GIT, Ignite

What you’ll do:

  • Be a trusted advisor to the customer, with ability to resolve complex supply chain business problems manifesting post implementation on our products
  • Partner with internal teams to define implement and support solutions that improve internal business processes
  • Ability to liaise with internal technical and product development teams to help customers use our system at best, with proper system configuration, 100% uptime, Zero SLA Breach and performance ( For Best In Class Service Delivery and Support)
  • Identify, assess, estimate, and solve complex business , system and technical challenges, where analysis of situations/scenarios or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors including performance and infrastructure.
  • Define best practices for: solution design, solution development, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification, critical case resolution and root cause analysis
  • Help customer with Consumption and Adoption of BY Supply Chain Planning Solution

What we are looking for:
Minimum Qualification (Must have)

  • Bachelor;s degree in Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics or related field, or equivalent practical experience ( Should have exposure to programming language and logic building)
  • Master;s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred (MBA Operations and Supply Chain). Experience in Supply Chain Software products is acceptable in lieu
  • 4-7 years of experience in implementing ,building and supporting supply chain applications
  • Experience in multiple full system implementation and support lifecycles . Either of the cycles for end to end projects (analyze, design, build, test, implement, support)

Preferred (Good to Have) qualifications:
