Responsibilities
Value Creation:
• Measure the current quantum of value add to the topline of the SG Group & support in building strategic plans to move the needle by thinking beyond what is obvious
• Contribute towards the vision of REG TECH & bring material impact

• Enhance Partner Experience
• Collaborate with requried stakeholders to achieve efficiency & savings, Continuous Improvement
• Support digital and transformation team to enable Process re-design and Transformation
Service Offer Ambition:
• Promote adoption of solutions and capabilities such as Machine learning solutions, etc.
DOM REG Management Office:
• Transversal:
o Collaborate with operations teams and support Permanent & Periodic Supervision / Control implementation
o Collaborate with all required stakeholders to support and promote Operational Excellence
o Support Knowledge & Capacity Management initiatives
• KMI (Key Management Indicators):
o Support building of strategic KMI based on contribution to the topline of the SG Group
o Prepare status reports for timely communication to Leadership
o Evaluation of Controls Framework – Robustness of existing controls, removing redundant ones, Pro-active instead of reactive
o Support evaluation of resiliency and developing a plan to meet stated resiliency objectives
o Consolidate, track and report on Audit / CTL / inspection recommendation
o Collaborate with operations and transformation teams to prepare and report on Projects status, roadmap, key milestones, achievements etc.
o Support in building functional market intelligence
