Job Purpose:
To provide advice to superiors for a more narrowly defined scope in a Finance Specialty area. Work with direct managers to support financial activities, decision making and general projects. Responsible for preparing e.g. analysis or reporting with particular emphasis on accuracy, compliance and timeliness of data provided
Your responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Provide advice to superiors for a narrowly specific Finance Specialty area and support management and superiors with accurate and relevant information to assess market risks opportunities.
• Ensure continuous review and analysis of market risks and take appropriate mitigation steps. Work with direct managers to support financial activities, decision making and general projects.
• Responsible for preparing e.g. analysis or reporting with particular emphasis on accuracy, compliance and timeliness of data provided. Responsibilities related to cash position, bank coordination (Bank Guarantee, Investment, Signatories, long and short-term debt and investment management). Data management for corporate group reporting, statutory, profitability analysis other strategic reviews Treasury – 75%
• Update daily cash position and coordinate with bank on day to day banking requirements. Investment Borrowing, bank operations: Coordinate with banks for comparative interest rates, investments, transfers, bank guarantees, advices, signatories etc and related documentation
• Reporting & Documentation: Investment report to Group Treasury periodically, with requisite documentation for future reference. Facilitate completeness of documentation for all reporting, auditors and regulators as applicable Finance – 25%
• Support corporate BPA for Monthly group reporting. Coordinate with other business associates for data consolidation at entity level and data for corporate and management review meetings
• Support automation and improve efficiencies in Data management and financial database.
