Provide expert advice to superiors on BPA as well as insightful and value-added analysis and decision support to management team. Provide financial and administrative. Support to company/country organizations, regarding financial planning and Analysis
Job Purpose:
Diversify and enhance CONEXTS finance team capabilities to focus on business partnering and value added analysis, providing insights, supporting business development and decision making.
Your responsibilities include but not limited to:
Operational / Business Partnering Activities :
• Support BPA team with the operational conversion of the BPA strategic goals
• Work with BPA team to support financial activities, decision making and general projects.
• Provide analysis or reporting with particular emphasis on accuracy, compliance and timeliness of data provided.
• Month end closing in timely, accurate and complaint manner;
• High quality of planning and submission (LF, Budget, Strategy Plan, LO etc.);
• Coordinate across various finance teams on site related to site financial topics, reporting and projects;
• Ensure ongoing business performance is appropriately monitored and measured, and drive early warning for re-direction of resources with solution BPAs.
• Ensure integrity of data provided by commercial teams, and provide value added recommendations on forecast accuracy improvement.
• Coordinate Business Partnering with other areas of the business (FRA, P&O;, BPs, Pricing and other functions) to support on time and accurate information gathering.

Data and Digital :
• Support the simplification and digitalization of existing management reporting processes, demand tracking, profitability tracking, annual budgeting and latest outlook in coordination with automation team
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Internal customer satisfaction with quality, appropriateness, and timeliness of financial analyses provided
• Reliability and accuracy of the deliverables.
Operations Management and Execution Financial Management English Analytical Thinking and Financial Modeling. CA/MBA.
