Job Description:
Domain : Manufacturing, Supply Chain
• Good understanding of ERP systems like Oracle, Siebel
• Roles and responsibilities :
o Requirements Gathering – Workshop Facilitation, Interviews, Observation, Research
o Leads and facilitates technical analysis, solution design, and technology domain sessions to drive optimum IT solutions
o Requirements Documentation – Business processes documents, Functional & Non-Functional Requirements documents, Requirements Traceability Document
o Review respective business and corresponding technical solution documents.
o Facilitates and supports the execution of pilot and or proof of concept activities to validate technology capabilities.
o Manage Project Plan and coordinate progress with Product Owner
o Defect prioritization and Issue resolution.
o Regression/Stress Testing
o Roll Out Strategy plan for successful implementation
o Perform a Feasibility Study
o Prepare an Options Analysis
o Prepare an Impact Analysis
o Prepare a Cost-Benefit Analysis
• The assignment is comprises of:
o Attend Requirement and other Review meetings
o Work with business to understand their requirements and also assist them in finalization of those requirements
o Work with technical team to explain requirements and help business in testing of newly developed solution
o Keeping IT leadership updated on work progress
o Work with other IT teams (internal and external) for project completion
