Responsible for Product Costing , PPV , Standard Cost set up , Value Engineering Savings , Make v/s buy Analysis , Productivity Improvements , Waste reductions , Inventory Valuation ,Variance / root cause Analysis , Cost Audit , Cost benefit Analysis , Internal Controls & Sox compliance ,Physical verification of stock, , implementation of Cost Accounting Standards & policies , Cost v/s GL book reconciliations , Liasoning & business partnering with Operations , Sourcing , Engg , Product departments , & Auditors
