AGM – WFA Lead Candidate Expectation: Exp : 15 to 20 Years of Experience End to end knowledge in Work Force Administration process for various geographies Operations and Stakeholder management Develop process improvements to achieve cost effectiveness and time saving. Proficient in WFA Tools / Systems / ERPs Client Management and good knowledge in developing required delivery documentations Good knowledge in process controls and governance mechanism Good analytical and quick decision making skills Good knowledge in HR process administration & policies Good Knowledge in MIS Reporting and process auditing Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, Exposure to ERP tools Excellent Communication Skill and quick decision making skill Very Good in People & client management JD Responsible for the Service Delivery of the WFA tower globally Ensure to meet the SLAs defined for the Process Provides domain expertise and help address the Voice of the Business (VOB) for the respective Towers Provides guidance and/or resolves risks, issues and decisions escalated to their level for WFA Towers they are deployed to Work closely with Global Process Owner and client counterparts and run the cadence at a set frequency and share reports / decks on time for those meetings as required Define and advise on current state processes and systems, business requirements & future state processes and systems lead efforts to drive continuous performance and process improvement Implement appropriate mechanisms to identify, understand and escalate performance gaps and/or performance breakthroughs. Develop and implement improvement plans to close performance gaps
