• Supervisory tasks for transaction processing of team – Operations
• Transaction processing
• Customer interaction
• Planning and execution of new joiner Training
• Ensuring quality and TAT of team is maintained at 100%
• Operations Monitoring
• Governance compliance – ensuring internal and external governance mechanism is adhered to
Preferred Skills:
• Working experience in Finance / Capital Markets / Investment Banking / Wealth Management / Private Banking
• Good communication skills
