• Post-Graduates il0+ 3 Yrs of Diploma (No Backlogs)

• Fundamentals of Networking
• Computer Hardware
• Operating Systems
• ISP & Router installation

Soft Skills:
• Good Communication Skills
• Good Comprehension
• Conversational Skills
Requisites:
-Prior experience into handling US customers for Technical support
-A Good Team Player
– Shilling to take initiative to resolve issues
– Voice — Up selling / Cross selling would be an added advantage

Job Responsibility:
• The person would be responsible for handling customer calls
• Troubleshooting technical issues related to operating systems J Routers i Modems & ISP related issues
