VP R2R- Statutory Reporting (Diversity) Candidate Expectation The Leader should have 15+ years of experience in a reputed company. Should have experience in leading large multifunctional teams in the accounting/finance domain in statutory Accounting & Management reporting scope Candidate from Manufacturing / FMCG domain having worked in a global Company, preferably in a shared service environment. Candidate should have good experience in end to end financial, statutory and MI reporting which also includes Financial analysis, devising quarterly/annual statements and schedules etc., at the global platform. Should have worked in a process driven environment Good communication and presentation skills Senior leadership interaction skills Strong relationship management skills Roles and Responsibilities Prioritize, co-ordinate and oversee workflow activities and balance workload across team members, with a focus mainly on objectives for day to day operations Forecast resource requirements, identify and address training needs, and ensure adequate cross-training to cover absences Meet established Service Level Agreement targets for timing and quality of deliverables Proactively contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by reviewing the reports that are produced with a view to rationalize, standardize and optimize. Ensure compliance with financial and internal controls Detail-oriented, knowledge of accounting procedures and financial reporting practices, understanding of software and database systems and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should have team management experience. Contribute to high-performing team environment and improve individual capabilities to optimize value-add services for our partners
