Job Description:

Daily Tasks:


1.
Monitor all Campaign performance and Conduct A/B Testing Via (2 to 4 hours)
a. Email
b. Linkedin ADs.
c. Facebook
d. Remarketing
e. Landing Page Optimization
f. Lead Capture
g. Run 100’s of Tests each day.
h. Calls with SDR’s each for Lead Qualification
i. Lead Cost Analysis and Optimization.
j. Pipeline Generation.
2. Sales team and SDR team calls – Daily Marketing Report ( 1 hours)
3. 2 User research Feedback Video calls (1 hours)

Ideal Candidate:

1. Minimum 8 years as B2B Marketer in the IT Services or SAAS or IT staffing Industry.

2. Must have 3 years of Experience in Outbound Account Based Marketing.

3. Experience in Marketing IT Staffing price range of $10/hour to $70/hour. Both within the US and Globally is highly Preferred.

4. Excellent Copyright and Messaging Skill.
a. Write Cold emails that get responses.
b. Headlines that grab attention
c. Message that converts.
d. Short crisp and memorable messaging.
5. Expert in Account based Marketing via
a. Email
b. Linkedin ADs.
c. Facebook
d. Remarketing
e. Demand Generation
f. Lead Nurturing
g. A/ B Testing
6. Must be comfortable with Video / Screen share record calling with Clients.
7. Must have very good communication skills. You will be talking to US, UK and Australia Clients for Market Research and Feedback.
Salary:Decided as per experience, 10 Lakh to 30 Lakh annum.

Targets:

30 Days Target: Generate $3000 in Net Revenue in First month.
90 Days Target: Generate $15,000 in Net Revenue per month (MRR).
