Role : VMware Cloud Administration
Role Description :
Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

Key Responsibilities :
Responsible for managing Server related Incidents/Service Requests and Change Requests within the defined SLA High level of proficiency in Windows and VMware administration and Troubleshooting, Perform necessary Windows and VMware infrastructure maintenance activities and migration, Build activities as required Success delivery of Incidents, Service requests change management – 95 Provide answer to users by identifying problems researching answers root cause analysis and as a 2nd level helpdesk
Technical Experience :
Work Experience over 2 years managing Windows Server upto latest OS version Must have hands on experience on Active Directory Administration Must have hands in Windows server administration virtualized on VMware platform Knowledge of the connecting processes like problem, change, event management Good and clear communication skills with multiple levels of an organization, including interaction with senior level business partners within the company/client
