Snapshot, HA,DRS & Cloning background process
OS/ESXi upgradations builds and patches through Update manager
VMware ESX (from version 5.5 to the latest release)
Proficient on VMware technologies like:-VMware High-Availability, VMware vMotion, VMware DRS, VMware vCenter and vCenter Update Manager, – VMware vCenter and Web console
Provide all level systems support to teams
Oversees and is responsible for successful completion of Installation, configuration and migration of vCenter server and ESXi servers
Ensure maximum uptime according to the SLA
Responsible for building / maintaining a test environment
Suggests new technologies and design changes
Monitoring and maintaining SLA requirements by the team members
Planning Backup/Restoration Strategy for 24×7 operation support
Suggesting patches/upgrades to maintain security level
Testing / Auditing/processes as required from time to time.
Installing , Configuring SAN, NAS, DAS storages in the environment.
Backups / Monitoring of Critical VMs using tools like vROPS, Veeam Backup
