Zeta is looking to hire an enthusiastic Vendor Management Intern who will form an integral part of our team and will support and assist the Executive Directors in outsourcing projects to vendors and will be responsible for all vendor management and qualification tasks. The intern will be able to learn and develop different skills through a valuable experience in a dynamic environment.
What is the job like

  • Understanding outsourcing requirements from leadership and then organize the work to fulfil the requirements
  • Conduct an evaluation process: vendor selection, test management and facilitate vendors performance follow ups with leadership
  • Set up new vendors in the accounting system: forms & contract management, adding vendors to our company’s databases, updating our databases.
  • Support in Rate negotiation process
  • Compile and manage documents for dossiers
  • Ensure deadlines for submission of dossiers are met
  • Who should apply for this role

  • Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
  • Must be proficient in MS Excel and other MS office tools
  • Must have excellent communication skills and be able to begin interning immediately on a full-time basis for a duration of 3 months
  • Have relevant skills and interests
  • Aspire to be the one point of contact for all vendors and represent Zeta in the future
