Research, interaction design, innovation, and design delivery by collaborating with users, product managers, and engineering teams to help evolve new and existing user experiences, interaction paradigms, product features and look and feel for our Business that will re-define future human experiences.
Set strategic direction, and the design evolution of our platform user experience and interfaces, while also leads the hands-on execution of User research & design.
Strategize, develop, and extend the visual design systems and pattern libraries by coming up with new and innovative solutions which suit the Brand
Contribute towards Product Design, from concept through development with the use of Information Architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and customer journeys.
Act as the primary connection between product team and the business to set expectations on design processes, deliverables, and quality.
Inspire and Mentor the design team by producing and integrating effective & efficient design practices. Help the team in raising the bar, resolving blockers, prioritizing and breaking down complex projects into simpler tasks.
Lead customer research and apply insights to generate experience that delivers customer delight.
Deliver compelling UX visions, UI specifications, wireframes, and prototypes.
Define engagement models and manage relationships with external design agencies and contractors.
Lead prioritization discussions with leadership teams, defining scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocation
