Recruiter with 1-5 years experience in US IT Recruitment
Good knowledge of working with job boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed etc.
Adequate experience working with vendors
Sound knowledge of different tax types (CTC/1099/W2)
Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Scheduling interviews and serving as the first point of contact for all the candidates at all levels.
