Position: Lead Hr
Experience: 12 -20 years of Experience of which 2+ years should be in a Unit HR leadership role in a hospital setup.
Qualification: MBA / PGD in Human Resources
Role Reporting To: Head, HR
Job responsibilities:
Create and implement the Hospital HR plan and budget: prepare the annual HR plan and budget in discussion with
the leadership to support the Hospital and people needs of the West Delhi Hospital; finalize the manpower plan
for the Hospital linked to its operations and expansion targets.
• Attract and onboard key talent for the hospital. Build a good hiring strategy by identifying the hiring needs of each
departments, debottleneck the hiring process, reduce TAT for hiring, benchmark the Cost Per hire and build a
strong process. Implement all hiring and on-boarding activities in accordance with defined timelines, costs and
standards to ensure high quality of hires for the Hospital.
• Build a performance culture and developing and initiating performance management processes that conforms to
the organizational values. Enable goal setting and differentiate performance amongst employees and recognizing
them accordingly, assessing and reviewing the same in consultation with the Hospital Head and the Reporting
Manager.
• Align individual goals with organization goals. Ensure that people are constantly adding to their core skill sets and
secondary skill sets. Facilitate the increase in the longevity of each employee in the organization.
• Identify and develop leaders that uphold the culture and values of the organization. Identify opportunities to
develop leadership skills within existing leadership. Create a process to develop a leadership pipeline within the
organization
• Monitoring the MIS and analyse the data and present the same to the functional heads on periodic basis to
identify the deviations and accordingly execute precautionary/remedial steps if any.
• Handle employee grievance effectively and promote a healthy work environment.
Functional Knowledge and Skills:
• Experience in culture build, leadership development, performance
management, employee motivation and talent acquisition
• Must be able to drive the HR administrative and strategic responsibilities
• Must be able to plan and administer important HR deliverables like doctor
engagement, staffing, manpower cost planning, counselling, business
partnering
