Role
•Definition of the safety concept according to ISO26262 ASIL A-D
• Creation of safety requirements according to ISO26262 in close cooperation with the development team from system to module level
• Management of security requirements
• Coordination and execution of safety and risk analyzes (FTA, Hazard Analysis, FMEA etc.)
• Review the results of the safety analyzes with the Quality & FuSi Manager
• Creation of the work products required by ISO26262, e.g. safety and risk assessment, item definition, functional safety concept, technical safety concept, FTAs, FMEDAs, criticality analyzes, and test coverage analysis of safety requirements, …
• Estimation of time and resources for the planned safety activities
• Close collaboration in innovative, multidisciplinary teams in various areas of automotive electronics development
• Analysis and coordination of the customer’s security requirements
• Extension of existing safety processes
Required Skills
• Sound professional experience in the field of functional safety (ISO 26262), ideally from the automotive industry
• Deep knowledge of ISO26262, FMEA, FTA, dependent failure analysis and SOTIF
• Successfully completed studies in engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering or comparable qualifications
• Experience in dealing with relevant quality methods
• German and English knowledge (business fluent)
