Key Responsibilities :
· Build analytics practice for the organization.
· Design and implement champion-challenger programs to test and calibrate credit, collections and marketing strategies.
· Develop and lead Advanced Analytics – Scorecards and other advanced techniques to optimize credit and business decisions.
· Partner with stakeholders to manage Risk Systems – Rule Engines, Credit Bureau strategies, Fraud, Authorization & Collections systems, Lead Management systems etc. (including Vendor selection/implementation).
· Identify opportunities to automate and digitize credit processes.
· Support the Business to develop innovative and effective Partnership solutions/platforms leveraging alternate data sources.
· Support the Business to drive customer management strategies: Usage, Retention, Cross-sell.
· Manage Digital Analytics partnerships and solutions.
· Work with Technology team to drive availability of relevant data,
tools and infrastructure.
Educational Qualifications :
Graduate/MBA from top tier institute or any recognized institute or
relevant education with a background of data analytics
Relevant Experience :
· Predictive Modelling and Business Strategy.
· Ability to solve complex business problems.
· Fluency with Programming Tools – SAS / R / Python.
· Program and Project management.
· Setup and Lead Teams.
