Job Description :
Note : Candidate will be on 3rd party payroll
Required –

Responsibilities-
• Escorting guest
• Reverting calls and queries
• Arranging meeting room
• Facilities services to guest/ Visitor at site
• To deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional, friendly, courteous and professional guest service at all times.
• To greet and seat guests, according to the established standards of performance established for the company.
• To take and manage reservations.
• To follow all telephone usage guidelines, using the guests name and standard greetings.
• To wish guests goodbye as they leave the premises.
• To handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
Other Duties:
• To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name tag.
• To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene and adhere to the hotel and department grooming standards.
• To maintain good working relationships with colleagues and all other departments.
• To read the Employee Handbook and have an understanding of and adhere to the rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
• To comply with local legislation as required.
• To respond to any changes in the department as dictated by the needs.
• To be flexible in your job function and perform any other reasonable duties and responsibilities which may be assigned to you, including redeployment to other departments/areas if required, in order to meet business demands and guest service needs.
• To attend training sessions and meetings as and when required.
Salary: 28,000-35,000 Take Home (Depend on Experience & Interview)
Min. Experience: 1-2 Years
Age: 22-28
Gender: Female

Shift Timings: General 8:30-5:30/ 9:00-6:00
Dress Code: Saree compulsory
Computer Skills: Basic Excel
Job Specifications: Handling VVIP/ Expat visitors
Other Specifications: Candidate should be Tall (Min. height- 5’4for Female), Fair complexion, Slim, should have excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Calm, composed, sensible, confident, presentable-Pleasing personality (Soft traits).
