Spearhead a team of 35 (including 6 Sales Managers, 20 Sales Officers, 3 CPAs, 3 Credit
Managers) to manage the Sales, Operations & Credit departments in unsecured
(Personal Loans) & mortgage loans (Loans Against Property/ LAP) business.
Plan the branding, marketing & sales volume across customer segments in the branch
vicinity along with promotional schemes & contests for branch staff to enhance
business.
