Uttarakhand State Grievance redressal digital system is a vital and enduring initiative of the State Government, which will cultivate enhanced public service and also ensures that the citizens can register their grievances as per their convenience through various modes and
can also submit their suggestions/demand/experiences for strengthening ongoing redressal system. Hence, this system aims at providing equitable services in particular public services in a mission mode with the objective of public welfare thereby achieving goals set out in the
state policy and national policies. Apart from this, improved quality services and strengthened essential facilities will implement a comprehensive approach through department officers with the citizens that aims:

The State Grievance redressal system(CM Helpline 1905) 2.O with digital mechanism intending to provide good governance, relevant information and timely resolution of the grievances raised by the state citizens and also to reach out to residents who live in the remote areas of the state where the geographical conditions are not favorable.
