A. Must be responsible and capable in:
1. Provide high level administrative support and man the Directors Office for calendar management, visitor management, communication, travel, stay etc.
2. Organise the documents required and assist the Director in his meetings.
3. Ensure the communication received at Directors office is reviewed, summarized, discussed with Director and timely replies are sent to the concerned people.
4. Conduct research and gather information as and when required by the Director.
5. Assist in any other administrative support as required on day to day basis for handling the Directors office effectively.
B. The Skills required are as follows:
1. Teamwork and developing consensus;
2. Business correspondence formatting;
3. Time management;
4. Computer applications related to the work
C. Technical Skills
1. Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel,PowerPoint and Outlook
2. Excellent Communication skills (verbal as well as written)
