Title: Treasury Project Manager

Job Description: As a Treasury Project Manager you will work with a technical group for development activities. You will discuss technical experience in treasury and how it works, create plans via task with minimum guidance as a self-starter. We are looking for an extremely self-sufficient candidate that would have to work through a lot of things on their own. Current project aspect: Lift & Shift project.
• Responsible for the company’s dividend repatriation program; analyze and approve entity dividend submissions on behalf of Treasury.
• You will work with cross functions to develop and implement plans to effectively mobilize the company’s international cash, manage effective tax rate and mitigate tax exposure.
• Ensure optimal capital structure for foreign subsidiaries.
• Compute quarterly free cash flow from operations.
• Assist in designing/evaluating customer financing programs.
• You will advise operations on Carrier Treasury Policies and best practices.
• Support the implementation of Treasury programs with international operations.
• Assist and manage as required, the Treasury aspects of acquisitions and divestitures
-Coordinate Year end Banking Registry Treasury activity reporting and review
-Support the management of the intercompany loan and hedging programs participants credit facilities
Experience/Qualifications
•3-5 plus years’ treasury, financial and/or accounting experience.
• Experience in global liquidity and forex exposure management
-Support of International Treasury operations, restructuring and cash mobilization
-Direct experience with treasury processes, banking, and financial systems is helpful.
