  • Knowledge of travel norms;
  • Knowledge of visa, forex, and passport related formalities;
  • Knowledge of ticketing and reservation;
  • experience in international ticketing;
  • Good knowledge of the Internet.

  • Pricing Strategy & Budget
  • Competitive prevailing market rates pricing knowledge
  • Feedback to the Head on pricing while negotiating with the Vendors

Job responsibilities:

• Discuss & understand the requirements to plan the trip/tour accordingly.

• Needs to provide a Flight Fares / Hotel Rates based on the budget & requirement.

• Well versed in CRS is mandate & able to manage corporate B2B travel portal for all Bookings

• Should have knowledge in Visa processing for all countries

• Must have excel knowledge to prepare reports & maintain records

• Communication skills, good command in English to read & write

• Must have knowledge to prepare VISA Documentation

• All Travel arrangements must checked before providing

• Knowledge is required to provide chauffeur service

• Responsible for the processing of passport

• Knowledge in packages is also require

• Conversion of currencies in case of foreign travel is also a responsibility of the travel executives.

• Providing a backup plan in the event of an unexpected situation.

• The travel executive is responsible for handling any kind of emergencies

• Should be able to book hotels and transport agencies

• Good knowledge in using the computer and the internet is must
