1.Manual Testing experience of 8+ Years.
2.ISTQB certified.
3.Insurance domain preferred.
4 Agile Methodologies will be an added advantage .
5.HP ALM and JIRA experience is must.
6.Knowledge of Database testing with DB Skills.
7.Create comprehensive Life & Health Insurance test cases/test scenarios and
Ready to execute the test cases/test scenarios.
8.Coordinate with Onsite Team leads on daily basis for project tasks.
9.Good verbal and written communication.
10.Should be able to work independently under pressure.
11.In-depth knowledge of Health & Life Insurance and thorough understanding of End to End operations including Processes like New Business, Claims, Billing & Collection, Servicing.
12.The domain expert will be responsible for End to End Business Requirements gathering, Validation, Verification & Traceability from functional perspective,
driving things from Hexaware end, and assisting teams in development activities.
13.Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs. Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up-to-date on project results.
14.Lead or participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation managing project scope adjusting schedules when necessary determining daily priorities ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones following proper escalation paths and managing customer and supplier relationships
15.Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholdersidentifying business needs determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices monitoring progress and results recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes and new responsibilities
16.Provide project level analysis – producing required project analysis documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan)
17.Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process
18.Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements
