MANDATORY SKILLS
Should be able to participate in the entire Functional Testing Life-cycle Performing all the below
roles effectively
· Should have worked on at least 2 of the core modules: New business, claims, renewal, policy
servicing, GL accounting,
· Should have worked on at least 2 of the below products :
2) Fire 2) Motor 3) Health, Travel, Personal Accident 4) Engineering/ Workmens
compensation/Liability insurance/Group Insurance)
· Good communication skills
· Strong Logical thinking
. Should be capable to manage a small team or a module lead kind of role
DESIRED SKILLS
· ISTQB Certification
· Having experience in General Insurance domain
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Create Test Scenarios & Test cases basis of BRD / FSD documentation
· Creating Requirement Traceability Matrix for Tests designed.
· Independently drive Test pack walkthroughs along with various Stakeholders
· Selection of Regression Tests applicable
· Selection of Test cases, rightly suitable for Automation considering automation selection
criteria’s
· Create/ Update Test Data for Automation Test cases
· Identify Test Data inputs that can be dynamic values to be generated every time with Formulas,
Database Query, Calculators
· Perform SIT & UAT Test Execution
· Report Defects & follow up with Developers / BA IT for defect fixation with defect ageing
tracking SLA
· Provide Test Results walkthrough to stakeholders for Sign off
· Impact Analysis Capabilities
· Knowledge on Insurance Workflowms Systems.
