Handling fresh and follow-ups calls to generate walk-ins and convert as walk-ins.

Counselling and assistance in admission.

Updating caller database and related data entry operations in MIS.

Maintenance of records and information.

Self-motivated and Self-development oriented, Focused on Customer satisfaction and achieving desired results & Centre Co-ordination.

Required Experience and qualification:

Any graduation.

Minimum 6 months experience in Tele-calling.

Should be familiar with MS office.

Should be well versed in English and Tamil.
