Job Description
GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Technically minded and literate in Linux/Unix server environments, with shell scripting experience.
- Application/client support experience.
- Exposure to database systems (Oracle preferred)
- Knowledge of web technologies (Apache preferred)
- Familiar with Citrix and other application publishing/deployment technologies
- Business application support.
- Prior experience of managing or working on projects.
- Ability to work within a team and collaborate with other teams
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability (preferably with network connectivity and 3rd party interfaces).
- Eager and willing to take on challenges and learn new products/technologies
- Calm under pressure and able to adjust daily tasks based on changing priorities
- Basic service administration and user management experience
- Application patching and configuration experience
