Job Description:
Drives all aspects of IT Projects or programs, including collaborating and coordinating across related IT and business teams. Defines project value proposition, scope, work plan, resource needs, timeline and budget for IT projects. Manages resources (i.e., capital requirements and human capital, etc.) to complete project/program on time and within budget. Keeps team and leadership updated on project status and risk factors. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables. Provides technical and process guidance to project team.
Key Deliverables/Responsibilities:
·Leads program core team meetings and activities, develops thorough business plans, ensures timely status updates, manages and tracks program changes, risks, and mitigation plans, and ensures on-time phase transitions and delivery of all program team artifacts.
·Drives cross-functional team to deliver clear and comprehensive business requirements, end-to-end process flows, and all business-side documentation in support of new capability delivery. As primary interface to Digital Fulfillment IT, this role ensures clear understanding of program requirements, monitors IT progress on behalf of business stakeholders, ensures business-side validation via demonstrations or user testing, and drives business adoption readiness (training, process changes, etc.) with relevant stakeholders.
·Develops working relationships and communicates/influences broadly at IC, Management, and Executive levels across impacted functional and product teams to ensure alignment on program status and associated risk/issue areas.
·Demonstrates a rapid learning curve and develops strong knowledge of product development and fulfillment processes, product/solution areas, and customer needs and usage to influence and manage portfolio decisions.
·Develops complex solutions to business problems or customer engagements through in-depth analysis, coordination and negotiation with key decision makers.
Qualifications
Qualifications/Requirements:
·8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
·Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field
·Cross-functional team management
·Ability to work independently and deliver upon commitments with limited direction and bound by business plans and strategy
·Strength in written & verbal communication, presentation delivery, and cross-functional influence across varying levels of IC/management/executive stakeholders
·Ability to quickly gather relevant information, perform necessary analyses and develop an insightful opinion.
·Ability to utilize strong problem solving and analytical skills to lead diverse and opinionated stakeholder groups through complex decisions
·Flexibility to quickly adapt to new challenges and operate in periods of ambiguity – ability to convert ambiguity into structure and direction
·Familiarity with agile/SCRUM IT development methodologies a plus
