• Support the commercial supplier sourcing activity for the commodity and coordinate with the product development team
Response to proposal, Proposal defence, Solution, Project plan, Resource planning. Proposal won against the participation.
• Monitor buyer team activities and performance during the part development phase and ensure that the project milestones are achieved
Schedule adherence, quality delivery of products with cost optimization.
• Support the cost reduction target achievement, localization and performance target of the commodity buyer team
Reusable components, Internal Tool development. Refactoring code
• Manage supplier parts quality and timelines and implement the supplier capacity ramp up strategy based on supplier performance and capacity evaluation
Managing team, Support activities, SLA adherence, Technical audits, Design audits, architecture review
• Undertake employee development and performance management initiatives to improve performance and morale
People Management skills, Negotiation skills, Attrition, Recruitment

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Professional Engineering Graduation, Reputed Engineering Institutes(REC, Anna University, IITs)
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
10 to 15 years of Relevant experience

Good in Project management skills, Have delivered projects within the stringent deadlines. He has good interpersonal skills & People management skills.
