• Should have hands on experience on SDWAN setup
• Good experience in firewall (Cisco ASA, Palo alto, Checkpoint, Sonic wall, FortiNet anyone) preferred.
• Knowledge on A10 load balancers and tcl scripting added advantage
• Knowledge on Cisco call manager added advantage
• Knowledge on monitoring tools (Solarwinds, Spectrum, SCOM)
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues, analyze, debug and diagnose packets and logs
• Installation, upgradation and troubleshoot multiple vendor products like Cisco, Juniper, Riverbed, Palo alto
• Individual must have the ability to work in a highly visible fast paced environment with minimal supervision and SLA deadline responsibility.
• Demonstrate excellence in communication, presentation and customer focus skills.
• Resource should have minimum CCNA certification.
• Experience in SDWAN administration.
• Experience in managing certificates. Understanding of internal and external certificates.
• Experience in troubleshooting Wireless access points and controllers
