Microsoft .NET FULL STACK TECH LEAD
Roles & Responsibilities:
Own all Technical issues and provide leadership for all areas of the project
Guide/Mentor team members to help-solve their tasks, providing technical solutions and take ownership of team’s delivery from technical stand-point
Task assignments
Provide/Validate estimates for the ongoing Dev or during any new enhancements, projects, RFPs etc
Build Technical road map for the project and execute Contribute to design, architecture for any new functionalities/enhancements/new projects etc
Effective Impact Analysis ,Contribute to value add, Code Quality Initiatives Co-ordinate effectively across various teams/stake holder including clients
Hands-On experience on .Net, API , SQL Server, Angular to contribute as a full stack developer
Utilize technical expertise and work on Operations, Development as needed Analyze existing code for defects raised by QA team and provide timely fixes
Take care of Build Activities – Daily (QA UAT) , Adhoc, Prod for the various releases Technical Skills:
Hands on Experience in .Net, MVC, C#, Web API, Azure, Design Patterns, SQL Server , Angular, Azure DevOps
Technical Design-Architecture :Experience working on operations/development project in Agile framework ,Familiar with source control tools like GitHub, TFS .
Good communication skills ,Good Problem solving skill and work independently ,Should have experience of leading team members
Perform code Reviews and review technical design
